Where You Live Says a Lot. Genova Says It Well.
Great Southwest Florida Location. Great Community Plan. Great Mediterranean Look. Great Neighbors.
A New Face on a Classic Italian Design.
Inspired by the famous Strada Nuovo in Genova, Italy, the 6 courtyard buildings of Genova, Estero, face each other across a lake. They also present a magnificent face to Via Coconut Point Road, Corkscrew Road and Estero Community Park. As in Genova, Italy the buildings have several fronts (street-front, lake-front and park-front) but no rear. Outstanding curb appeal honoring the finest Italian architecture – a tribute to the Genovese noble family palaces of the 16th and 17th century. Wonderful to view passing by. Even more wonderful to live here.
Security Without the “Walled” Look
Genova’s site design employs a new concept called “stealth security” using a single manned gatehouse, plus two lakes fronting Via Coconut Point Road, tall fencing hidden in landscaping and the building walls of the garage levels. All in lieu of monolithic perimeter walls. This innovative concept, adapted from urban planning, creates a more attractive, friendly streetscape without compromising strict neighborhood security. It’s physically exclusive but visually inclusive. Truly a win-win.
