Yes. The main entry on Via Coconut Point Road is manned and combined with the 7 pedestrian gates delivers 24/7 controlled-access to the community and the club facilities. Genova residents will be provided a photo-ID “chip” card. A valid driver’s license will be required of visitors. In addition each building has its own controlled-access to lobbies and elevators. These condos are truly “lock-and-walk”.

In lieu of walls Genova uses an innovative combination of technology and site design which uses the garage level of buildings, combined with the lakes and fencing (hidden in landscaping) to create an invisible shield around the community.
