Genova, the new gated, luxury condominium community in Estero, has taken the concept of a resort-lifestyle to a level never seen before in Southwest Florida. And the residents simply love it.
That’s because the private Club at Genova features an Italian Riviera-style clubhouse with an expansive community room equipped with large-screen television, lounge seating and a hospitality prep kitchen, ideal for hosting private events.
There’s also a beach-edge, resort-pool outside that overlooks one of the community’s lakes, and a lakeside sundeck that overlooks Genova’s water features, and an indoor 25-meter Olympic lap pool perfect for year-round swimming.
The fitness center, which hosts clinics and private sessions, is a state-of-the-art facility. Nearby is the aerobics studio for exercise, Zumba and dance, locker rooms with showers, as well as a sauna and massage room.
And finally, close to the front entrance of the clubhouse, are the tournament-designed bocce courts.
“Genova provides all of us with an incredible lifestyle,” stated one resident, lounging on the sundeck, enjoying a carefree day. “In addition to what the clubhouse has to offer, the community sponsors fun events and there are a number of Residents’ Clubs.
So, you can be as busy or laid back as you want to be. And it’s really easy to make new friends. Personally, I just love it here,” Deb Belford of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, the sales representative for Genova, said due to strong sales a fifth Riviera-inspired building had to be released for sale recently. It has a total of 38 luxury residences.
Seven floor plans are available. The residences include two-bedroom/two-bath, three-bedroom/two-bath and four-bedroom/ three-bath luxury condos ranging from 1,324 to 2,206 air-conditioned square feet in 28- to 38-unit buildings, each with two elevators.
Every Genova residence has a private two-car garage with an 18-foot door and opener. Guest parking is also indoors.
Prices for the luxury condominiums range from the mid-$300s to the $700s, with Genova club membership included. There are no equity fees, no annual club dues and no community development district (CDD) fees.
Like the coastal towns and cities of the Italian Riviera, nestled between the mountains and the sea, Genova is reminiscent of that area with four-story, Riviera-inspired buildings, each painted in contrasting Tuscan earth tones, and surrounded by either water or courtyards and piazzas.
Genova lies adjacent to Estero Community Park and is only a short bike or drive to the restaurants, shops and stores at Coconut Point mall. It’s also just 15 minutes from the Gulf beaches and Southwest Florida International Airport.
Genova is located at 21530 Strada Nuova Circle, #101, in Estero, at the intersection of Via Coconut Point Road and Corkscrew Road, between U.S. 41 and Three Oaks Parkway. To learn more visit Genova-Florida.com or call 239.948.2929.
