Genova, the new gated, resort-lifestyle, luxury condominium community in Estero, has noticed their prospective buyers are choosing to move from nearby golf communities into Genova’s maintenance-free condominiums. With prices attractively set from the mid $300s, buyers see the value of Genova as a benefit along with its active lifestyle.
“When people want to eliminate the responsibilities and high costs that come with a single-family home, Genova is the perfect answer,” said Karen Duncan, Sales Associate at Genova. “Our luxury condos are not only spacious, but come with lots of customization options. At Genova, residents are loving the idea of saving money by downsizing into something that’s more manageable but still lives like a luxurious single-family home.”
Due to the increase in interest at Genova, the community has reopened its Sales Center and announced its grand reopening incentive.
For a limited time, buyers can receive $10,000 to $35,000 off options depending on the residence purchased.
“Our amenities are a huge selling point,” said Duncan. “Buyers quickly see that the amenities are fantastic and there’s no initiation fee. Everything is included in the HOA fees. Genova offers casual, easy living thanks to the clubhouse, fitness center, yoga room, multiple pools and spa. Our location adjacent to the expansive Estero Community Park through our back private gate adds even more recreation just steps from Genova.”
The incredible list of amenities at Genova begins with the private club which features an Italian Riviera-style clubhouse with an expansive community room equipped with a large-screen TV, lounge seating and a hospitality prep kitchen, ideal for hosting private events.
There’s also a beach-edge, resort-pool outside that overlooks one of the community’s lakes, a lakeside sundeck that overlooks Genova’s water features and a covered 25-meter lap pool, perfect for year-round swimming.
The fitness center, which hosts clinics and private sessions, is a state-of-the-art facility. Adjacent to that is the aerobics studio for exercise, Zumba and dance. Locker rooms with showers, as well as a sauna and massage room are also a part of the amenity package.
And finally, close to the front entrance of the clubhouse, are two regulation bocce courts.
Between the amenities within the community and those additional amenities right outside the gates, Genova truly is a fun place to live and play.
Private appointments remain available and can be scheduled by calling ahead. Potential buyers can visit the Sales Center and tour Genova’s luxury models Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m.
When government officials and medical professionals encouraged everyone to ‘shelter in place’, more and more potential buyers were visiting communities’ websites in an attempt to learn what homes were being offered and what amenities were included, without having to visit in person. Such was the case for Genova’s website, Genova-Florida.com, which experienced heavy traffic on their floor plan pages specifically.
Now that the state has begun to reopen and businesses can safely welcome guests back again, Genova encourages those who are interested in the community to visit and see Genova and its amenities firsthand
At the Genova Sales Center, potential buyers can see the hundreds of custom-designs and finish options.
“Once we know what they’re interested in, we virtually walk them through the various floor plans on the large monitor in the Sales Center before taking them to the actual model units so they can get a true sense of the space,” said Duncan.

Like the coastal towns and cities of the Italian Riviera, nestled between the mountains and the sea, Genova is reminiscent of that area with four-story, Riviera-inspired buildings, each painted in contrasting Tuscan earth tones, and surrounded by courtyards and piazzas.
