Officials at Genova, the new gated, resort-lifestyle, luxury condominium community in Estero, have announced the community’s fourth Mediterranean-style building is approaching sellout.

Premier Sotheby’s Deb Belford, the sales representative for Genova, said Building D has a total of 28 residences. “Of those, just two remain, making the building more than 90 percent sold,” she said.
