It’s been said, when it comes down to selling real estate, it’s all about location, location, location. And perhaps no community has a better location than Genova, the new gated, resort-lifestyle, luxury condominium community in Estero.
Genova is only a short bike or drive to the restaurants, shops and stores at Coconut Point mall and Miromar Outlets. It’s also just 15 minutes from the Gulf beaches and the Southwest Florida International Airport.
However, the closest attraction to Genova is right outside its gates, the Estero Community Park, which is located just steps away.
According to its website, Estero Community Park and Recreation Center is the largest within the Lee County Parks and Recreation system. The park encompasses 55 acres and houses two bocce courts, 12 horseshoe pits, three sand volleyball courts, a children’s play area, four lakes, an outdoor amphitheater along with a 40,000-square-foot recreation center.
“After sheltering-in-place for more than two months it’s great having such a wonderful amenity right outside our door,” stated one of Genova’s residents. “It feels good to get a little exercise, breath in the fresh air and see Mother Nature at her finest – all while adhering to the 6-foot rule.”
“The recreational opportunities inside the park are in addition to all the great amenities already within Genova,” stated another resident of the resort-lifestyle community. “When it comes to location, nothing compares to Genova, it truly does have the best location between South Fort Myers and Bonita Springs. There is so much one can do, and it’s all so close by.”
The amenities at Genova are simply incredible. It all starts with the private Club at Genova which features an Italian Riviera-style clubhouse with an expansive community room equipped with large-screen television, lounge seating and a hospitality prep kitchen, ideal for hosting private events.
There’s also a beach-edge, resort-pool outside that overlooks one of the community’s lakes, a lakeside sundeck that overlooks Genova’s water features, and a covered 25-meter lap pool, perfect for year-round swimming.
The fitness center, which hosts clinics and private sessions, is a state-of-the-art facility. Nearby is the aerobics studio for exercise, Zumba and dance, locker rooms with showers, as well as a sauna and massage room.
And finally, close to the front entrance of the clubhouse, are the regulation bocce courts.
Between the amenities within the community and those additional amenities right outside the gates, Genova truly is a fun place to live and play.
Genova has luxury condos available in its recently released Building E, which has a total of 38 units.
Building E is located in the northwest corner of the community, at the intersection of Corkscrew Road and Via Coconut Point Road. The 38 residences in the building overlook either a courtyard, atrium or lake, with a number of condos offering a combination.
Seven floor plans are available in the new building.
The Rosso, with a villa courtyard view, is a three-bedroom/two-bath plan with either 1,912 square feet under air and 3,332 total square feet, or 1,754 square feet under air and 3,174 total square feet.
The Gambaro is a two-bedroom/two-bath plan with 1,324 square feet under air and 2,058 total square feet. The Spinola is a two-bedroom/two-bath plan with 1,476 square feet under air and 2,336 total square feet.
The Bianco features a three-bedroom/two-bath layout with 1,622 square feet under air and 2,504 total square feet. The Campanella has three bedrooms and two-baths with 1,748 square feet under air and 2,744 total square feet.
The three-bedroom/two-bath Doria includes 1,818 square feet under air and 2,652 total square feet while the Tursi is a four-bedroom/three-bath plan with 2,206 square feet under air and 3,456 total square feet.
Every Genova residence has a private, two-car garage with an 18-foot door and opener. Guest parking is also indoors.
Prices for the luxury condominiums range from the mid-$300s to the $700s, with Genova club membership included. There are no equity fees and no community development district (CDD) fees.
Like the coastal towns and cities of the Italian Riviera, nestled between the mountains and the sea, Genova is reminiscent of that area with four-story, Riviera-inspired buildings, each painted in contrasting Tuscan earth tones, and surrounded by courtyards and piazzas.
Genova is located at 21530 Strada Nuova Circle, #101, in Estero, at the intersection of Via Coconut Point Road and Corkscrew Road, between U.S. 41 and Three Oaks Parkway.
Tours of the community and models are currently by appointment only. To learn more visit Genova-Florida.com or call 239.948.2929.
