Genova, the new gated, resort-lifestyle, luxury condominium community in Estero, recently released for sale the residences in the fifth of the community’s six planned four-story, Mediterranean-style buildings.
Building E is located in the northwest corner of the community, near the intersection of Corkscrew Road and Via Coconut Point Road. The 38 residences in the building overlook either a courtyard or atrium, with some offering both atrium and lake views.
One of the major changes to Building E, compared to the four previously offered buildings, is the introduction of more Tursi floor plans, which is now available on all levels.
The Tursi is unique because it is a four-bedroom, or three-bedroom plus den floor plan. Due to its size it is one of the community’s most popular floor plans.
With 2,206 square feet under air and between 3,122 to 3,456 total square feet, including outdoor living area and depending on the level it’s located, the Tursi was designed to feel and live like a single-family home. It’s also an end-unit and has windows on three sides, illuminating each and every room with natural light.
Immediately off the foyer is the first guest bedroom, which has its own private bath making it a second master suite.
On the opposite side is the study or guest bedroom which has a double-door entrance.
Straight ahead is an incredible open space consisting of the kitchen, dining area and living room.
The gourmet kitchen features a large island counter with cooktop range, stainless steel appliances including a French-door refrigerator, rich wood cabinetry, granite countertops and a pantry.
The 26- by 16-foot living room features sliding glass doors that lead out to a 20- by 16-foot outdoor living area.
Off the inside wall of the great room a short hallway leads to the laundry room, a full guest bath and the third guest bedroom which overlooks the back.
On the opposite side, between the kitchen and dining area, is the entrance to the luxurious master retreat. It features two closets, including one walk-in, and a set of sliding glass doors that lead out to the private master lanai. All Tursi floor plans, located on the courtyard level, also have a 29-foot open-air terrace.
The 11-foot wide master bath features a private water closet, his and hers vanities, a walk-in corner shower, freestanding soaking tub and floor-to-ceiling wall tile.
Another advantage of purchasing in Building E includes the introduction of updated designer options. They include three new lines of cabinetry with shaker full face doors and two new lines of plank flooring. Also, Genova has incorporated the most current sought-after colors for both cabinets and tile.
In addition to the Tursi, six other floor plans are also available in the new building.
The Rosso is a three-bedroom/two-bath plan with either 1,912 square feet under air and 3,332 total square feet, or 1,754 square feet under air and 3,174 total square feet.
The Gambaro is a two-bedroom/two-bath plan with 1,324 square feet under air and 2,058 total square feet. The Spinola is a two-bedroom/two-bath plan with 1,476 square feet under air and 2,336 total square feet.
The Bianco features a three-bedroom/two-bath layout with 1,622 square feet under air and 2,504 total square feet. The Campanella has three bedrooms and two-baths with 1,748 square feet under air and 2,744 total square feet.
The three-bedroom/two-bath Doria includes 1,818 square feet under air and 2,652 total square feet.
Every Genova residence has a private, two-car garage with an 18-foot door and opener. Guest parking is also indoors.
Prices for the luxury condominiums range from the mid-$300s to the $700s, with Genova club membership included. There are no equity fees and no community development district (CDD) fees.
The amenities at Genova are also simply incredible.
It all starts with the private Club at Genova which features an Italian Riviera-style clubhouse with an expansive community room equipped with large-screen television, lounge seating and a hospitality prep kitchen, ideal for hosting private events.
There’s also a beach-edge, resort-pool outside that overlooks one of the community’s lakes, a lakeside sundeck that overlooks Genova’s water features, and a covered 25-meter lap pool, perfect for year-round swimming.
The fitness center, which hosts clinics and private sessions, is a state-of-the-art facility. Nearby is the aerobics studio for exercise, Zumba and dance, locker rooms with showers, as well as a sauna and massage room.
And finally, close to the front entrance of the clubhouse, are the regulation bocce courts.
Like the coastal towns and cities of the Italian Riviera, nestled between the mountains and the sea, Genova is reminiscent of that area with four-story, Riviera-inspired buildings, each painted in contrasting Tuscan earth tones, and surrounded by courtyards and piazzas.
Genova lies adjacent to Estero Community Park and is only a short bike or drive to the restaurants, shops and stores at Coconut Point. It’s also just 15 minutes from the Gulf beaches and Southwest Florida International Airport.Genova is located at 21530 Strada Nuova Circle, #101, in Estero, at the intersection of Via Coconut Point Road and Corkscrew Road, between U.S. 41 and Three Oaks Parkway.
