Following the re-opening of the Sales Center, officials at Genova have announced plans for a grand reopening incentive offer.
For a limited time, buyers can receive $10,000 to $35,000 off options depending on the residence purchased.
Private appointments remain available and can be scheduled by calling ahead. Potential buyers can visit the Sales Center and tour Genova’s luxury models Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m.
“We’re very excited to be able to safely reopen our Sales Center and to announce our grand reopening incentive. Our team is wearing masks and we’ve set up sanitizing stations,” said Kathleen Peters, Assistant Project Manager of Genova. “After seeing how popular our virtual tours were during quarantine, we can’t wait to show our floor plans to our potential buyers in person.”
When government officials and medical professionals encouraged everyone to ‘shelter in place’, more and more potential buyers were visiting communities’ websites in an attempt to learn what homes were being offered and what amenities were included, without having to visit in person. Such was the case for Genova’s website, Genova-Florida.com, which experienced heavy traffic on their floor plan pages specifically.
Now that the state has begun to reopen and businesses can safely welcome guests back again, Genova encourages those who are interested in the community to visit and see Genova and its amenities firsthand.
At the Genova Sales Center, potential buyers can see the hundreds of custom-designs and finish options.
“Once we know what they’re interested in, we take them through our virtual tours to get a feel for what they want, then we show them the floor plans they’re interested in in person,” said Peters.

The Tursi is also available for viewing by appointment only. This floor plan features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, 2,206 square feet under air and 3,456 total square feet.
The amenities at Genova are simply incredible. It all starts with the private club at Genova which features an Italian Riviera-style clubhouse with an expansive community room equipped with large-screen television, lounge seating and a hospitality prep kitchen, ideal for hosting private events.
There’s also a beach-edge, resort-pool outside that overlooks one of the community’s lakes, a lakeside sundeck that overlooks Genova’s water features and a covered 25-meter lap pool, perfect for year-round swimming.
The fitness center, which hosts clinics and private sessions, is a state-of-the-art facility. Nearby is the aerobics studio for exercise, Zumba and dance, locker rooms with showers, as well as a sauna and massage room.
And finally, close to the front entrance of the clubhouse, are the regulation bocce courts.
Between the amenities within the community and those additional amenities right outside the gates, Genova truly is a fun place to live and play.
Genova has luxury condos available in its recently released Building E, which has a total of 38 units.
Building E encompasses 38 residences overlooking either a courtyard, atrium or lake, with a number of condos offering a combination. Seven floor plans are available in the new building.
The three-bedroom/two-bath Doria includes 1,818 square feet under air and 2,652 total square feet.
Every Genova residence has a private, 24-feet deep two-car garage with an 18-foot door and opener. Guest parking is also indoors.
Prices for the luxury condominiums range from the mid-$300s to the $700s, with Genova club membership included. There are no equity fees and no community development district (CDD) fees.
Like the coastal towns and cities of the Italian Riviera, nestled between the mountains and the sea, Genova is reminiscent of that area with four-story, Riviera-inspired buildings, each painted in contrasting Tuscan earth tones, and surrounded by courtyards and piazzas.
Genova is located at 21530 Strada Nuova Circle, #101, in Estero, at the intersection of Via Coconut Point Road and Corkscrew Road, between U.S. 41 and Three Oaks Parkway.
The Sales Center is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m. To learn more visit Genova-Florida.com or call 239.948.2929.
